• Experience of min 5 years in an HR Business Partner or related position.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices to play the role of an independent HR expert in the organisation.
• Experience as an expert in systems implementation and digitisation of HR processes.
• Ability to combine business strategy with HR practices.
• Very good English language skills (at a minimum B2 level).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with candidates, internal teams and clients.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple diverse and parallel processes.

Optional

• Knowledge of HR controlling and ability to analyse HR related data.
• A global optimisation mindset, including seeking and implementing best practices internationally.

• Initiating and leading change in the organisation, including the implementation of new technologies and automation of HR processes.
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws, including HR and payroll areas, as well as social security and taxes.
• Designing career paths, salary structure and monitoring the employee life cycle in the company.
• Collaborate with executives and managers in setting and monitoring business objectives affecting human resources management.
• Developing, monitoring, and controlling the human resources budget, taking into account the organisation's development plans and staffing needs.
• Reporting financial results related to HR activities.
• Conducting audits of HR processes.
• Liaising with other HR functions in the organisation.
• Monitoring and analysing HR indicators and trends to align business strategy.
