• Higher education degree in Accounting or related field,
• 5 years of experience in accounting/finance role,
• Strong knowledge of tax law and labor law,
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
• Proficiency in 1C ver.8.3,
• Exceptional organizational skills,
• Attention to details,
• Strong sense of responsibility,
• Fluency in spoken and written Romanian/Russian/English.

• Examine and analyze financial information,
• Present findings (written and verbal) to senior management and Directors,
• Support business profitability and growth through findings and recommendations,
• Prepare month-end and year-end reports, balance sheets,
• Cash flow management,
• Analyze current accounting systems, making suggestions for enhancements where needed,
• Ensure the business follows all required legislation,
• Prepare and submit VAT returns,
• Liaise with external auditors,
• Budgeting & forecasting,
• Reconciling accounts,
• Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data,
• Examining financial records to check for accuracy,
• Managing and training staff when necessary,
• Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices,
• Develop strategic plans for setting up shared services center for assigned finance/accounting activities,
• Identify and implement process and system improvements to increase overall efficiency and accuracy in SSC,
• Lead Projects/Initiatives across the shared Services organization,
• Lead Fuel reporting project.
