My journey began in 2016 when I enrolled in a dual study program in International Logistics. This marked the beginning of my passion for logistics and management. Soon, I gained professional experience as an intern in Customer Service, where my primary task was handling document circulation and invoicing, but my personal goal was to improve processes.

Driver

I started my journey  with Boekestijn Transport as a dispatcher.
After one and a half years of working in the office I decided to try myself as a truck driver in a double team with my boyfriend. We both started without experience as Truck drivers.
Thanks to this we can travel, work and save money for our dream house together.
It would have not been possible without the help of Boekestijn.

Quality Assurance Manager

Boekestijn Transport stood out in my search for an internship company, thanks to its drive for success and pleasant working environment.

Over the years, I delved into the intricacies of operational processes while pursuing both my bachelor's and master's degrees.
A turning point occurred when I transitioned to the role of a Business Process Modeler, aligning with my studies in Supply Chain Management. In 2016, my journey with Boekestijn Transport started as an intern in the planning department at our Mill headquarters.

Junior Controller

I began my professional journey at Boekestijn in 2020 at the Chisinau office as an Invoicing specialist, soon after graduating. Since then, I have held various roles within the Shared Service Center in Chisinau, Moldova, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Head of UK Operations

It all began in April 2014 when I was hired as a driver (although Wieska was reluctant to hire me because I only had 6 months of experience). Subsequently, I served as the lead driver in Morocco, and in a short period, I earned the title of the best driver, possibly the fastest in history.

Driver

My venture into the transportation industry was not without its challenges. Despite obtaining all the necessary qualifications, I faced reluctance from potential employers. Many companies were apprehensive about hiring a young and inexperienced woman as a driver. However, the experience was different at Boekestijn. The company allowed me to gain experience gradually, enabling me to navigate through various European destinations, including England and Ireland, in my current capacity.
