Friday, January 19, just as the office was winding down for the weekend, a call came in at 4:45 p.m. It was one of our top clients, and their request was nothing short of extraordinary: 12 extra trucks... by Tuesday.For a moment, there was silence – then the magic began. Teams sprang into action, brainstorming solutions and calling drivers. One person found a driver, another rearranged trucks, and calls went out to confirm availability. Within just 36 minutes, the challenge was met: 12 trucks ready to roll.
The client later adjusted their request to 10 trucks, but by then, we had already proven our point: nothing is impossible when we work together.Thanks to the incredible teamwork of operations and driver care, what seemed unachievable became reality. Great job, everyone!
