The ideal candidate must be able to identify qualified drivers and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in recruiting C+E drivers would be a major advantage.

The recruiter's main responsibilities will include attracting potential candidates, assessing their leadership skills, organizing interviews and working closely with the human resources department to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
